I maintain a limited domestic relations practice. I am able to provide services for dissolutions and prenuptial agreements.

Dissolutions: A dissolution is when two people agree to dissolve their marriage by consent. In a dissolution the two parties agree to everything from who gets what to a shared parenting agreement. I will draft all the documents and agreements. One of the parties will be my client while the other is allowed to have all of the documents reviewed by another attorney if they choose. There is then a hearing and then the process is complete. I charge $500 if there are no children and $750 if there are children from the marriage. There is also a $200 filing fee which is required at the time of filing. I promise to make the whole process as quickly and painlessly as possible.
