I also practice all areas of juvenile criminal law in all juvenile courts in Northwest Ohio.
I often work on a flat fee for criminal work. Misdemeanors begin at $500 and all Felonies begin at $1500. If a trial is desired at any level, my fee is an additional $1000. Each individual case is different and may require a higher flat fee based on the projected amount of time required for the representation. However, because I work on a flat fee, your costs will never be higher than agreed upon and you will know my fee from day one of the representation.
